This hypnosis talks to your subconscious mind to improve your memory and teach new ways to learn and memorise information.
The hypnosis improves your ability to remember names, numbers, dates and other information. Based on research carried out by memory master Tony Buzan (the inventor of mind mapping) and other researchers using a variety of mnemonic techniques to master large volumes of complex information, this hypnosis will teach you to use at a subconscious level association, narration and pegging techniques.
The hypnosis makes use of Peter Campbell’s research into memory techniques discussed in his book Language Learning Secrets Revealed: How Anyone can Learn a Language available at Amazon.com.
This hypnosis uses soothing music, binaural beats and sounds from the natural environment, and a combination of NLP and hypnotic techniques to create a relaxing, natural way for your mind and body to heal and recover.
How to use it
Find a time when you can spend 30 minutes by yourself without interruption. I mostly recommend that people should listen to hypnosis either before going to sleep or when they wake. Most people notice an improvement in ability to remember information after listening to the meditation a couple of times. As with most things, the more you practice the better you get, so run the hypnosis a couple of times a week until you feel that you really do have Super Memory.
Because this meditation takes you into a trance like state, it is unsafe to listen to it while driving.

I constantly confuse and invert numbers. If I need to remember 42 I will almost certainly remember it as 24. This recording seems to have straightened things out. I’m remembering more, more easily. I’m not quite sure how this works but I’m happy enough with it!
