How to use it
Find a time when you can spend 30 minutes by yourself without interruption. I mostly recommend that people should listen to meditations either before going to sleep or when they wake. To maintain and increase these benefits, it is useful to listen to the meditation twice a week for about a month. Some people return to the recording during periods when they are particularly stressed or are working a lot on their computer and have found that they have had additional improvements.
Because this meditation takes you into a trance like state, it is unsafe to listen to it while driving.

I feel a little uncomfortable writing a review about this download because my results were hard to believe. My eyesight was sitting at 9:12. Immediately after listening to the hypnosis the air seemed clearer and brighter. The following day I had an eye test for my drivers licence and although I was on the cusp, the doctor said I had 20:20 vision. It still isn’t as good as it was when I was a kid but it is much improved. After the success of this download I’m keen to experiment with some of the others, especially the memory one.
